The judging in this years light contest was extremely close with only a small percentage separating the top 4 entries. Calm waters made for an amazing show from the water as the lights were extremely reflective and beautiful. Pictures don’t do justice! This year’s creativity included a Santa and reindeer that appeared to be flying as they were mounted on a zipline and live farm animals at a Christmas on the farm display. Many house’s included working displays, music and even a few live characters. One house looked like a modern day Norman Rockwell scene. The awards reception was a fun gathering with great cookies that were prepared by Treasa Evans. We are already excited what next year’s entries will bring.
