LNHOA Activities

11 Nov 23 – 40 Fish Habitats were placed in Lake Nasworthy.

This was a joint project between the Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept (TPWD) and Lake Nasworthy Homeowners Association (LNHOA).

These MossBack Fish Habitats will provide protection for fish and fry.  In turn, attracting more fish to the new fishing pier.

The State receives funds from the sale of Bass Conservation License Plates – those funds are then shared among several departments which have to compete for them. Our local TPWD was able to secure the funding because the LNHOA matched funds.  TPWD was appreciative of our partnership in this project both financially and with the volunteer manpower to assemble and place the habitats.
